Her student-centered intention is simple: support connection, balance, and meaningful change through practices that meet you where you are.
Her training includes HMI College of Hypnotherapy, Zaanti Reiki, Emery Bryant Yoga, and Om Yoga School. Laken is registered with Yoga Alliance and holds Global Online Yoga Alliance certification.
